To cover publishing costs and provide free access to readers, authors will be required to pay Article Processing Charges (APC) of US$15 (IDR 250,000) for accepted papers. Maximum paper length is 8 pages, more than 8 pages will be charged US$ 3 (IDR 50,000) per page. A detailed invoice will be sent via email along with the acceptance notification.

There is no charge for rejected articles, figures, or additional data. Editorial articles (Editorials, Corrections, Additions, Retractions, Letters, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

APCs cover the following:

1. The editorial procedure, including administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making. SEAJAET employs in-house staff to manage most of this process, leaving editorial board members to make key scientific decisions and allowing them to concentrate on their research. 
2. Article production which includes professional language editing, type-setting, formatting, and production in PDF, XML, HTML, and Epub formats.
3. Article hosting and dissemination such as efforts for website maintenance and linking with indexing databases.
4. Journal administration, including managing the journal website and editorial board, and promotion of the journal among the research community.
5. The administrative work was done for rejected articles.
