This study evaluates the performance of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) through a quantitative experimental approach using a 400 Watt dummy load. The use of this dummy load is unique in this study as a strategic preliminary testing method to simulate power consumption without requiring an electric vehicle directly. The analysis focuses on the stability of electrical parameters and system response under constant load. Test results show that the EVSE is capable of delivering a stable measured current of 2.5 A with a power output in the range of 548–565 W. In addition, the device demonstrates technical efficiency with a system response time ranging from 2.47 to 3.39 seconds. These quantitative findings confirm the EVSE's ability to maintain a precise power supply at low load thresholds. This research contributes an efficient preliminary testing framework for EVSE operational validation prior to integration with more complex battery management systems.
